The school building was inaugurated on 10th January 2003 by Shri Rabindranath Dey (Chairman, National Fellowship) in the presence of all the students and parents along with local dignitaries, National Fellowship family and well wishers. Along with the growth of the school, its geographical impact extended to 25 KM radius as a School with essence. ELES is located on the National Highway in a strategic location bordering Assam in the East, Bhutan on the North and Bangladesh in South.
