RELATIONSHIP WITH NATIONAL FELLOWSHIP
NATIONAL FELLOWSHIP, a holistic non-profitable charitable registered society is the founder and remains the owner of the school. The Eternal Light English School is the educational ministry of National Fellowship.
DREAM OF NATIONAL FELLOWSHIP FOR THE ELES
National Fellowship longs to provide EXCELLENCE in every areas of education – Academics, Moral Discipline & Values and Games & Sports along with all other extra-curricular activities. National Fellowship longs to witness holistic growth in each child who goes through ELES and proves their self-worth in society, state and country at large.
In order to fulfill these dreams, National Fellowship has commissioned a Task Force in order to realize all the dreams systematically with utter commitment. This task force is drawn with three representatives from the NF headquarters in Kolkata, three local leaders, one NF appointee from the school and one teacher & parent representatives.
National Fellowship envisions establishing primarily three functions at the school. They have been envisioned so that ELES (both ELES-MC and Staffs) would function as a team and thereby become a MODEL for integrity, accountability and commitment in the society. Some of them are as follows:
Department of Academics
This department will safeguard the qualities of teaching by teachers and learning by students at school. The in-charge will make every endeavor to pursue growth in teachers & students so that the quality & excellence is not compromised at any time. This department through the Principal will keep updating the ELES-MC on the teachers’ position and upgrade the ability of the existing teaching staffs.
Department of Administration & Maintenance
The department will administer the running of the school & the hostel. The in-charge will run the hostel and will ensure everything to be fine. The department will maintain the building and every asset of ELES including all furniture & fixtures.
Department of Growth (Extra-curricular Activities)
This department will be engaged in organizing different activities for growth of ELESstudents in consultation with the Principal or Academic Dean. The department will always be in contact with the ELES-MC and National Fellowship through the Principal. ELES-MC and National Fellowship will constantly look for opportunity to connect with proper channel that provides these extra-curricular activities.
